Spring 2026 Programs
Bees will buzz and theatre bugs will bite this spring at Stagebugz! Our spring programs offer performers of all experience levels the chance to hone their skills, explore new ideas, build their confidence, and shine on stage and on screen! Each program creates a community of young actors who support and build each other up, and all students are valued and respected. Tuition is all-inclusive (no surprise fees from Stagebugz!), and need-based scholarships are available. So, whether your child is Broadway-bound or new to the stage, celebrate the joy of theatre with us this season!

*Performers in the Mainstage and Mini Companies will spend some rehearsal time together, but will split up by company for most class activities. We recognize that every child has different needs, and families who would like to request an age exception in either direction should reach out to stagebugztheatre@gmail.com. Students in both companies will have equal opportunities to be in the spotlight and to learn at their own pace.
This Spring, our Mainstage and Mini companies will combine once again for a musical spectacular production of Annie, Jr.!
In 1930s New York City, it's a hard knock life for Annie and her friends at the orphanage run by cruel, conniving Miss Hannigan. But when Annie is invited to spend the holidays at the mansion of billionaire Oliver Warbucks, both of their lives are about to change. While Annie is determined to find her real mother and father, she manages to win over the hearts of Oliver and his staff. With a Tony-award winning book, timeless songs, and plenty of fantastic roles to challenge performers of all experience levels, this beloved musical is sure to delight actors and audiences alike!
MAINSTAGE COMPANY actors will take their performance skills to the next level as they star in a fully-produced, two-act musical. They will take on complex characters and learn advanced stage acting and character development techniques while rehearsing music and choreography in a variety of styles, bringing their own voices to iconic characters, and even dipping their toes into the behind-the-scenes elements of their show.
MINI COMPANY actors get to shine on the mainstage with their very own songs and scenes and opportunities to play show-stealing characters. Class time will be spent singing and dancing, playing games, and building their imaginations as they work to bring their characters to life.
All students will learn skills and techniques to carry with them in any future path they choose, all while making lifelong friends and experiencing the magic of live theatre. Classes lead up to four fully-staged performances, complete with costumes, props, and sets!
The One Where They Make A TV Show
Spring Break Camp: Grades 6-12

Did you know that each episode of a television sitcom is filmed in just one week? In this spring break camp, we'll do exactly that: film our own TV show over the course of the week! Campers will take the next step in their showbiz journey and get a true taste of Hollywood as they explore each day of life on a sitcom set, from table read to live taping. They'll dive into the ins-and-outs of comedy, learn the unique skills required for on-camera acting, try out favorite scenes and characters from popular sitcoms, and even talk to professionals working in the film industry. The week rounds out with a live taping in front of a "studio" audience, and actors will walk away with footage they can use for demo reels, portfolios, or high school/college applications (and, of course, bragging rights!) With creative opportunities in front of and behind the camera, this camp is perfect for all who are interested in comedy, have ever considered a career in film or television, or simply love acting and want to try something new!
